Nous ne sommes pas plus de 5 \u00e9l\u00e8ves par cours et les profs sont \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute et nous corrigent pendant tout le cours. Je sens une grande diff\u00e9rence dans mon corps: je suis plus muscl\u00e9e, j\u2019ai plus de force, plus de stabilit\u00e9, et je prend vraiment du plaisir \u00e0 aller au cours 2 fois par semaine.
