PILATES FOR SKIERS
Pilates is the perfect complement to winter sports, so reduce your chance of injury this season with a special program that focuses on the demands of the slopes.
Work on:
Corrective exercises to improve hip and thoracic spine mobility
Strength training especially for legs and core
Stability and proprioception work
Power and endurance to hit those slopes and keep up with the rhythm
Foam rolling and stretching to open your back and shoulders, stretch the legs, and relieve tired muscles
Use of Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair) and small equipment (Bosu, Foam Rollers, Elastics and Weights)
6 weeks, maximum 8 participants per session
